| Recently, we were recommended Fremin's Restaurant as the location to hold our son's Rehearsal Dinner. After meeting with Joy, we knew that it would be a pleasant experience; however, we had no idea of how wonderful it would actually be. The day of the event, Rhonda was put in charge due to Joy having to be out. Even though she had never met with me, she was a gracious hostess, taking over everything in such a professional manner. The chef, Mrs. Dorothy, really out-did herself and all of the waitresses were so hospitable. There was even a young lady assigned to walk up the staircase with each grandparent that rode "the chair" due to not being able to climb stairs and another couple of waitresses who were assigned to fix the plates from the buffet for them and to also assist all of the children that were present. our son and his fiancee, along with all of our 50 other guests, were so impressed. Three weeks after the event, we are still being told how elegant Fremin's ambience was, how delectable the dinner tasted, and how wonderful everyone was treated. Although we did miss completing the experience with Joy, thanks to her well-trained staff we will always treasure the memories made at Fremin's that night. |

Miss Joy was a pleasure to work with. Everything was professionally and expertly done. The cooking staff were fantastic and very kind. The downstairs kitchen was able to quickly send up 2 children's orders. The wait staff was very friendly. The bartender lady was superb! If we hold another reception it will be at Fremin's! Without a doubt, our rehearsal dinner at Fremin's was one of the highlights of our son's wedding festivities. Everything from the planning to the menu choices to the actual presentation and experience was perfect! Many of our guests commented, not only about the wonderful atmosphere, but also about the quality of the food, especially the filet mignon. Joy Lynn Naquin is a gem, she was so accommodating and caring. Likewise, Randy and his staff went "above and beyond" to satisfy us. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience to culminate the rehearsal and begin the celebration of the marriage of our son. |
