Event Guidelines & Planning Details
Venue & Capacity
• 1200 square feet of unique ceremony and reception space.
• Reception-style events: up to 125 guests
• Seated events: up to 75 guests
• Balcony seating available for 40 guests
Venue Rental Fees
• Wednesday-Saturday: $500 Room Rent
• Sunday-Tuesday: $2000 Food & Beverage Minimum & $500 Room Rent
All events are scheduled for a three-hour duration. Additional time may be added at $200 per hour.

• Personal catering consultant • Flatware, China & Glassware
• On-site event manager • Linens
• Facility preparation and full clean-up • Service Equipment
Deposits & Payments
• $500 non-refundable deposit required to reserve date, space and time
• Deposit also serves as a damage deposit and is credited back if no damage occurs
• Remaining balance due upon completion of the event
Guest Count Guarantee
Final guaranteed guest count is required 10 days prior to your event. If not received,
the original estimate will apply.
Merchant Processing Costs & Taxes
• 10.35% sales tax
• 20% Event Production Fee
• 4% fee on credit card transactions (waived for cash or check)
Event Production Fee
Event production fee supports the behind-the-scenes planning, coordination, preparation, setup, and breakdown required to deliver a seamless and beautifully executed event. This includes the use of linens, china, glassware, flatware, service equipment, and the professional team responsible for bringing every detail together. This fee is not a gratuity and is retained by the house to cover operational and production costs.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included. Should you feel our team provided exceptional service, a discretionary
gratuity is always appreciated and is distributed among service staff.
